Ebenezer Pike of (4) Kilcrenagh and later of Pishiobury Park, Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire b.18 December 1853 d.5 November 1931.
Son of Ebenezer Pike (3) of Besborough, County Cork b.25 March 1806 d.29 March 1883.
Married 12 November 1884 Ethel Norah Godfrey d.15 December 1947, daughter of Major Godfrey Trevelyan Godffrey-Faussett.
They had the following children:
M i Ebenezer b.22 October 1885. Emigrated to Australia. M ii Godfrey of Kilcrenagh b.4 September 1886. Kilcrenagh was burned down in the Sinn Fein uprising of 1920. Captain Royal Engineers, served in World War 1 (mentioned in despatches) and World War 2.
Married 21 May 1913 Mary Carroll d.7 November 1955, daughter of Theodore Carroll of Ringacoltig, County Cork. They had one child:

DSO MBE, Lt-Colonel Grenadier Guards, joined 1st battalion 1939, Brigade Major 1942, GSO1 56 (London) Division 1943, Squadron Commander 4th Battalion 1945, GSO1 6th Airborne Division 1945, Instructor at Satff College 1946 (married 23 October 1939 Caroline Fox Hanbury daughter of Sir Cecil Hanbury of Kingston Mauward, having the following children:

Robert Ebenezer Neil b.1945).M iii Hubert b.31 July 1890.
Married 23 June 1917 Gertrude Studdert, daughter of Fitzgerald Studdert.

Anderson family tree
Information is largely taken from the book 'The Andersons of Peterhead'. This was based on the records made by John Anderson 1825/1903 [VIII 32], known as 'China John'. This was brought up to date in 1936 by Cecil Ford Anderson [X 17] and Agnes Donald Ferguson [CS 45 X b]. Many photographs were taken and compiled in an album by Olive Edis (daughter of Mary Murray, daughter of Andrew Murray (2) of Aberdeen). Corrections to both Janet Innes Anderson's and Alexander Murray's death dates from Robert Murray Watt and Iain Forrest.
